Painting classes takek place in the Duncan Painting & Drawing Studio on the Navarro Campus and in the Janey Briscoe Studio on the Ursuline Campus.
Faculty and workshop leaders represent many San Antonio artists who have received regional and national attention, including Miguel Cortinas, Vincent Valdez, Sabra Booth, Katie Pell, Ana Fernandez, Nate Cassie and Chris Sauter. Sylvia Benitez, for instance, has received both an NEA visiting artist fellowship and the Pollock-Krasner Foundation Award.
