Our Art-o-Mat is the brainchild of artist Clark Whittington of Winston-Salem, NC, who retools cigarette vending machines, re-incarnating them to vend small boxes of real art for a mere $5, creating an accessible way for everyone to interact with artists.
The SSA’s Art-o-Mat features a selection of works by 20 different artists, many from the San Antonio community, but others from around the U.S.
The Art-o-mat is located on the Ursuline Campus, open from 9 am to 5pm Monday through Saturday … and at other art-loving places all around the country!
