Rental Pricing

Coates Chapel and Courtyard

Includes the Convent and River Gardens, as well as Riverwalk barge access.

Monday – Thursday: $3,000       Friday or Sunday: $3,500      Saturday: $4,000

Special daytime rates are available Monday through Thursday for events held between 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

An additional 5% Historic Preservation fee will be charged to help maintain our site, a designated Texas Historic Landmark, listed on the National Registry of Historic Places.

All rental events at the Coates Chapel must have a Security Guard present, for an additional charge of $30 an hour per security officer, beginning 30 minutes before guest arrival and ending 30 minutes after guest departure. One security officer is required for every 100 guests.

Russell Hill Rogers Lecture Hall and Courtyard

Daily usage rate: $1,000

All rental events at the Russell Hill Rogers Lecture Hall and Courtyard must have two Security Guards present, for an additional charge of $30 an hour per security officer, beginning 30 minutes before guest arrival and ending 30 minutes after guest departure.

Copper Kitchen

Monday – Friday, 5:00 PM -  1:00 AM: $1,000

Saturday and Sunday, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM: $1,000

All rental events at the Copper Kitchen must have one Security Guard present, for an additional charge of $30 an hour, beginning 30 minutes before guest arrival and ending 30 minutes after guest departure.
